Kimley-Horn Expands into Canada Through New Toronto Office
Engineering firm Kimley-Horn has expanded into Canada with the opening of a new office in Toronto.
Kimley-Horn has opened its first Canadian office in Toronto, expanding its presence to better serve clients across Canada.
The engineering, planning and design consulting firm said the new office builds on more than 20 years of project work in Canada, where it has completed more than 300 projects and has engineers licensed in most provinces. The Toronto location is intended to strengthen client relationships and support projects across key Canadian markets.
“Opening our Toronto office is a meaningful milestone in Kimley-Horn’s continued investment in Canada,” said Jody Belsick, principal at Raleigh, N.C.-based Kimley-Horn. “This presence allows us to deepen relationships with clients, collaborate more closely in key markets, and bring the full strength of our multidisciplinary team to projects that support communities across the country.”
The firm said Toronto was chosen because of its market opportunities, established client base and alignment with its long-term growth strategy. The office will support a range of projects, working with teams across North America to provide integrated planning, engineering and environmental services.
Kimley-Horn serves public- and private-sector clients across Canada on infrastructure and community development projects in urban and emerging markets. The company said its experience across different geographies, climates and regulatory environments allows it to provide locally informed solutions.
Kimley-Horn is an engineering, planning and design consulting firm with more than 11,000 employees in over 160 offices across North America. The company provides multidisciplinary consulting services for public- and private-sector clients.
