Kingsett Acquires Montreal Office Tower for $101M

Kingsett Capital has acquired a downtown Montreal office tower from Busac for $101 million, La Presse reported.

The building is located at 1200 McGill College Avenue. Busac is subsidiary of New York-based JEMB Realty Corporation.

The 24-storey tower comprises 240,000 square feet of office space and 73,000 sf of retail units. Tenants include Rogers, a large user.

“The purchase of 1,200 McGill College is, indeed, the largest office-building sale transaction in Montreal in 2025,” Mathiu Turnier, an associate vice-president and broker based in Colliers’ Montreal office, told La Presse.
