Knightstone, Urgo Open AC Hotel in Old Montreal

Knightstone Hotel Group and Urgo Hotels Canada have opened the AC Hotel Old Montreal.

The 124-room property is situated near landmarks such as the Notre-Dame Basilica and the Saint Lawrence River. The venue operated under the AC Hotels brand by Marriott International. The hotel combines European-inspired design with modern amenities in a heritage setting and caters to both business and leisure travellers.

Amenities include spa-style bathrooms, Nespresso machines, a 24-hour market, electric- vehicle charging stations, and about 4,000 square feet of event space.

The hotel features Mediterranean-influenced dining options. Select rooms also offer private terraces.

AC Hotel Old Montreal is managed by Urgo and was developed by Knightstone, a Toronto-based firm with a portfolio spanning hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.

The hotel adds to Urgo’s presence in Canada, giving the firm 17 properties nationwide.
