Lululemon Expands Global HQ Office in Vancouver

Lululemon is significantly expanding its corporate presence in downtown Vancouver after signing one of the city’s largest office leases in recent years, CoStar reported.

The athletic apparel retailer will take over the entire 289,557-square-foot office building at 725 Granville Street after U.S. tech giant Microsoft moves out.

CoStar attributed the details to a Lululemon spokesperson.

Lululemon’s new office location in Pacific Centre will add to the company’s existing offices across Vancouver. Pacific Centre is owned by Cadillac Fairview.

Lululemon currently occupies approximately 120,000 square feet at The Offices at Burrard Place and owns additional space in the Broadway corridor and False Creek Flats.

“Lululemon was founded in Vancouver, and we are proud the city is home to our global headquarters and the majority of our corporate employees,” the spokesperson told CoStar in an email. “As we continue to grow, we are excited to share that we are further expanding in the city and have secured nearly 300,000 square feet of additional office space” in the Pacific Centre office building.

Select business functions are expected to begin relocating to the new space in the second half of 2026.
