Medway Developing $75M Quebec City Medical-Office, Residential Complex
Groupe Medway is constructing a new $75-million medical-office and residential development in Quebec City.
The 210,000-square-foot development will include 70,000 square feet of medical-office space and 197 multi-residential units, Medway said in a news release. The project is a joint-venture between Medway and Groupe Santé Expert.
Medway is a suburban Quebec City-based medical clinic management and commercial real estate development company. Quebec City-based Santé Expert manages medical clinics and pharmacies and distributes medication to retirement homes.
Family medicine group Clinique Pierre-Bertrand will use part of the medical-office space as its new, expanded location.
The six-storey complex will include medical-related merchants and dental and vasectomy clinics. The project will centralize medical resources, create more jobs and strengthen housing supply in an area in which it is badly needed, said Medway.
Construction is slated to be completed in the summer of 2025.
