Melcom Developing Calgary MF Project
Melcom Homes has launched construction on a new multi-family development in northwest Calgary.
The mixed-use project is known as Aspire at Sage Hill, in the community of the same name, and will include 65 condominiums and 35 townhouses. Commercial space will also be available in the condo building, said Calgary-based Melcom in a news release.
The company says it is inviting retailers to “truly be a part of the community.”
“Aspire is not just a development,” said Deimira Baidoo, Melcom’s president. “It’s a promise to redefine community living in Calgary. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Sage Hill, this multi-family project embodies our aspirations for a sustainable and united future.”
