Menkes, QuadReal Break Ground on Bravo’s East Tower

Menkes Developments and QuadReal have commenced construction on the east twoer at their Bravo mixed-use project in Vaughan, Ont.

Bravo is slated to comprise three towners standing 32, 41 and 51 storeys. The project is located in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.

The three towers will contain 1,654 residential units, street-level retail, a retail promenade and several amenities and open spaces.

The east and west towers are 80% presold, Menkes said in a news release.

Menkes is an award-winning, fully integrated builder, owner and manager of of office, industrial, retail and residential properties. The company focuses its activities in the Greater Toronto Area.

Vancouver-based QuadReal is a global real estate investor, operator and developer.
