Minth, AISIN Team Up on Windsor EV Parts Plant Project

Minth and AISIN have joined forces to develop a new EV-parts plant in Windsor, Ont.

The proposed 150,000-square-foot-facility is designed to complement a $300-million facility is developing on its own in Windsor, the companies said. The first facility, now under construction, is slated to comprise $379,415 and cost $300 million.

Based in Taiwan, Minth is a global manufacturer of exterior and structural automotive parts. AISIN, headquartered in Japan, ranks among the world’s largest tier 1 automotive suppliers.
