Montoni Launches Chapitre Bois-Franc MF Project in Montreal

Montoni has broken ground on Chapitre Bois-Franc, a $100 million multi-family project in the Saint-Laurent borough of Montreal.

Located steps from the Bois-Franc REM station, the development will deliver more than 300 rental units, ranging from studios to townhouses. Amenities will include a 13th-floor terrace, fitness centre, and 5,000 square feet of green roofs.

The development is Montoni’s first multi-residential project in Saint-Laurent, but the company has construct other contacts in the borough previously.

The apartment project is designed with sustainability in mind, with 30% of the site dedicated to green space, including landscaped areas promoting biodiversity. Residents will benefit from direct access to the REM through a covered walkway, as well as proximity to new cycling and bus rapid-transit infrastructure.

Montoni also announced a $10,000 donation to the Centre de pédiatrie sociale de Saint-Laurent as part of the project launch.
