Montoni to Develop Huge Industrial Park in La Chute

Montoni has partnered with the City of Lachute, Que., to develop a new 1.8-million-square-foot industrial park.

The project is positioned near Autoroute 50, Routes 148 and 158, the rail network and Mirabel airport, offering access to Montral, Eastern Ontario, the Outaouais region and U.S. markets. The development is expected to support local economic growth, create jobs and strengthen Lachute’s industrial positioning. Both partners have emphasized sustainability, with plans to integrate energy-efficient design and environmental best practices.

Montoni and the city did not disclose financial terms or proposed the anticipated start and not announced, and no projected completion

Montoni has completed more about 700 projects totalling 30 million sf across Quebec, with another 25 million sf under development.
