Mosaic Plans Mixed-Use Development in Coquitlam
Mosaic Homes plans to construct a mixed-use residential development in Coquitlam’s Town Centre area.
The project will comprise two towers containing 550 apartments for rent and sale, Mosaic said in a news release. The property will also include 12,000 square feet of commercial spaces for retailers, eateries and services, as well as co-working area, fitness studio and outdoor amenity areas.
The residential units will include studio, one-two and three-bedroom suites. The project is located near the Lincoln station on the Millennium rapid-transit line.
Construction is slated to begin in 2024 with completion expected in 2027.
Vancouver-based Mosaic has already begin presale efforts. The company is a leading locale homebuilder focused on designing and building homes throughout the Lower Mainland.
