NAI Advent’s Russell Closed on $385M Worth of Deals in 2024

(Harvey Russell is the recipient of a 2025 Canadian Top Broker Award presented by Connect CRE Canada. This profile explains how he has stood out among his peers while specializing in multifamily and development-site sales transactions in Calgary.)

As senior vice-president and principal with NAI Advent, Harvey Russell brings over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry to his clients.

In 2024, he closed on a deal volume totalling $385 million.

Throughout his career, Russell has marketed and sold 5,000 multifamily units. He’s also handled condo developments in Southern Ontario, facilitated 110 land transactions in Calgary, and been a principal in 13 multifamily development projects.

His goal is to expand his services nationwide, offering a one-stop experience (research, development, feasibility studies, design concepts and marketing) for apartment investors and developers.
