Neighbourly Acquires 33 Pharmacies Across Canada
Neighbourly Pharmacy has acquired 33 locations across Canada through multiple transactions, the company announced Monday.
The purchases expand the Toronto-based chain’s national footprint to 325 locations.
“This milestone underscores the accelerating momentum of our proven acquisition strategy, and our unique positioning as the acquirer of choice for independent pharmacies,” said Skip Bourdo, CEO of of Neighbourly.
The acquisitions include locations in several remote and northern communities.
“Our capabilities across the acquisition lifecycle – from sourcing to post-closing integration and optimization – uniquely position us as Canada’s largest and fastest-growing network of independent pharmacies,” said Bourdo.
