Nesto Launches New Mortgage Origination Group in Quebec City

The Nesto Group has launched a new commercial mortgage origination platform in Quebec City through CMLS Group.

The launch marks a significant expansion of Nesto’s presence in the province of Quebec.

The move includes the opening of a Quebec City office and a strengthened operation in Montreal.

The newly formed team comprises 10 professionals led by industry veterans Charles-André Roy and Charles-Benoît Parent. The initiative aims to position Nesto as a strategic partner for commercial real estate borrowers seeking local market expertise and tailored financing solutions.

Following its June 2024 acquisition of CMLS, Nesto is deepening its foothold in Quebec’s commercial mortgage space. CMLS brings about five decades of experience in commercial lending across Canada, now backed by Nesto’s broader platform and technological capabilities.

Nesto is a Canadian leader in mortgage technology and financing solutions with more than $70 billion in residential and commercial mortgages under administration. It operates through three entities: Nesto, CMLS, and Intellifi.
