By Amy Wolff Sorter

Tanya Nicholson, Colliers’ Director, Marketing Brokerage, Strategy and Pursuit, has dedicated nearly 16 years to the company. Beginning as a Project Analyst, she progressed through roles including Marketing Manager and Associate Director of Marketing for Western Canada, and now serves as Marketing Director for Brokerage across Canada.

In her current role, Nicholson oversees the Strategy and Pursuit Team, driving Colliers’ growth through innovative marketing strategies, forward-thinking property positioning, and high-impact proposals for mid to large properties and investment sales projects.

She partners closely with senior leaders and advisors to identify opportunities, develop tactical campaigns, and ensure pursuits deliver measurable business value. Her ability to anticipate market trends and create strategic solutions positioned Colliers as a leader in Canada.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Tanya Nicholson with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
