Nicola Acquires 10-Building Industrial Portfolio in Calgary

Nicola Wealth Real Estate has acquired a 10-building industrial real estate portfolio in Calgary for an undisclosed price.

NWRE purchased the assets through the Nicola Canadian Real Estate LP Fund, the company said on LinkedIn.

The multi-tenanted portfolio is located in Calgary’s Foothills industrial node and includes a mix of small- and mid-bay warehouses across four properties. The portfolio is 99% occupied by about 90 diverse tenants.

Seller details were not disclosed.
