As the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Northam Realty Limited, Carrie Zettel oversees the company’s property portfolio while managing the professional development and succession planning of 32 employees across the Greater Toronto Area. She is a respected member of the Senior Leadership Team and is the senior executive responsible for driving the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. Zettel also co-chairs the Pay Equity Committee.
She recently completed two major leasing transactions: one of the largest renewal deals, exceeding 550,000 square feet, and a new lease totaling 375,000 square feet.
Zettel is a committed mentor in the real estate industry, generously sharing her expertise and guidance with emerging professionals. Through her active involvement in organizations such as Toronto CREW and the national CREW Network, she has become a trusted advisor and role model for the next generation of leaders.
