One Properties Delivers New StoneGate Warehouse
One Properties has delivered a new 212,000-square-foot warehouse at its StoneGate industrial park in northeast Calgary.
The Alberta government reported the completion on its major projects website. The project had an estimated cost of $41.3 million, according to the project.
The property, known as 5A, has 42 dock doors, three drive-thru doors, 40-foot clear-height ceilings, 73 trailer stalls, 230 staff parking stalls, according to a One Properties brochure.
Mississauga-based Leeswood Construction built the warehouse. The project is one of several industrial buildings that are already built, or under development in a 1.67-million-square-foot industrial area that sits on 228 acres.
One Properties is also developing StoneGate Common, a 720,000-square-foot retail centre, in the same district.
