Pacaud Plays Pivotal Role in Epic’s Evolution

(Connect has handed out its third-annual Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards. This story profiles Laetitia Pacaud of Epic Investments.)

By Amy Wolff Sorter

As Co-Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Epic Investment Services (Epic), Laetitia Pacaud has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution, culminating in the establishment of a partnership agreement between her and fellow Co-Managing Partner Craig Coleman, which transformed Epic into a 100% Canadian and employee-owned firm. This strategic shift lays a strong foundation for long-term organizational resilience and cultural cohesion.

Pacaud created Epic’s fund management division, introducing a U.S. value-add multifamily fund and the Canadian One Planet Living Real Estate Fund (OPL Fund). Launched in 2021, the OPL Fund already has nine active projects underway,

Before joining Epic in 2018, Pacaud co-founded Strathallen Capital Corporation (now Salthill), where she went on to serve as President, COO and CFO.

Pacaud supports the next generation of industry leaders through her work with professional associations, such as NAIOP, and mentorship. Within Epic, she initiated talent development initiatives, including co-op placements for post-secondary students and a summer program that provides employment experience to the children of Epic employees in various areas, such as building operations, finance, and accounting.

Pacaud is active with many charities, including food banks on the regional and national level, World Wildlife Fund sustainability efforts and “Out of the Cold” programs throughout major cities.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Laetitia Pacaud with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
