Poole Strives to Provide In-depth Analysis

(Connect has handed out its third-annual Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards. This story profiles Nikki Poole, a CBRE associate vice-president.)

Nikki Poole is an associate vice-president with CBRE in St. John’s, NL, where she specializes in landlord and tenant representation.

Her coverage area spans the office, industrial and retail asset classes. In recent years, she has been involved in some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in St. John’s.

She has a strong desire to scour the market for each client’s best fit and also strives to provide in-depth analysis for her clients and enable them to understand the market as they seek a relocation or new space.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Nikki Poole with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
