ProLift Expands into Canada

The ProLift Rigging Company has expanded into Canada with the opening of a new branch in the Greater Toronto Area.

ProLift Toronto, a full-service location situated in Brampton, Ont., contains 160,000 square feet of secure, indoor storage and features a “complete collection” of heavy-lifting equipment and a fleet of machinery, the company said in a news release.

The GTA branch is the firm’s 12th full-service location and first outside of the U.S.

“We are now an international company, uniquely positioned to provide our clients with industrial construction services in yet another important market—further increasing the value we bring as a supplier and a partner,” said Jesse Taylor, the company’s president and CEO.

ProLift Toronto specializes in machinery moving, warehousing, last mile hauling, project management, plant relocations and project buffering.

Based on the new location’s success, the company will be looking to expand quickly throughout Canada, said Matt Rix, the company’s head of international development.
