Rawlines Develops CRE Marketing Strategies in Three Atlantic Provinces

(Connect has handed out it third-annual Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards. This story profiles Nikki Rawlines, a marketing specialist and broker with Colliers, who services clients in the Maritimes.)

Nikki Rawlines is Colliers East’s marketing manager and a commercial real estate sales and leasing agent. In her seven years with the company, she has developed and implemented property marketing strategies throughout New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. She leads strategy with a clear focus on exposure and results.

Based in Moncton, N.B., Rawlines identifies opportunities that others often overlook. She provides market insights to Colliers East’s research department, which informs the company and its clients.

In addition to her Colliers East work, Rawlines manages marketing for CASA, CANVAS Hotel, Bar 55, Palette Rooftop Restaurant and Bar, Platinum Atlantic Realty, and her fiancé’s award-winning restaurant, Skipper Jack’s. She also contributes to the community as a board member with Big Brothers Big Sisters Moncton.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Nikki Rawlines with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
