Remington Completes First Phase of Dells

Remington Development has completed construction on the first phase of the Dells rental residential mixed-use complex in northwest Calgary.

The completion was reported on the Alberta government’s major project website. The first phase comprises one tower containing 269 suites. The City of Calgary granted a building permit in 2021.

The development is situated on Dalton Drive N.W., adjacent to the Dalhousie C-Train station.

Calgary-based Systemic Architecture designed the entire project, which is slated to consist of two towers with 451 units altogether. Future phases may lead to the development of 1,200 units in total.

Remington, also based in Calgary, develops, owns and manages residential, office, industrial, retails and brownfield land projects.
