Réseau MaClinique Acquires Large Montreal Medical Centre

Réseau MaClinique has acquired one of Quebec’s largest medical-office complexes for an undisclosed price.

Global advisory firm Avison Young said the deal marks the largest medical-office sale in the province in recent years.

Brunswick Medical Centre is situated on Montreal’s West Island in Pointe-Claire, Que., at 953-981 Saint-Jean Boulevard.

The centre offers full-service care to residents of Pointe-Claire and beyond, handling about 300,000 patient visits each year. It provides 30 clinical services, including family medicine, emergency care, pediatrics, and cardiology.

Avison Young’s Mark Sinnett, Yann Charles, Sara Leblanc, and MC Laflamme-Sanders acted as exclusive advisors and agents for the vendor.

“Brunswick Medical Centre represents a tremendous investment opportunity that speaks to the continued investor interest in healthcare-oriented properties,” said Sinnett, a principal of Avison Young and head of the firm’s Quebec capital markets group. “The West Island market features strong demographics that support demand for high-quality medical services. Réseau MaClinique is well-positioned to deliver these through the operation of Brunswick Medical Centre.”

The two four-storey towers, totalling 119,561 square feet, share a ground-floor podium on a prime, transit-oriented site near Highway 40 and the future Fairview–Pointe-Claire REM station. The property boasts a 95% occupancy rate with major tenants including Lobe and Medicus. Amenities such as a fitness centre, rooftop terrace, on-site pharmacy, and bank contribute to a high-quality environment for staff and patients alike.

Avison Young noted that investor demand for healthcare properties continues to grow, with 2025 sales volume for medical centres in the Greater Montreal Area already more than double the 2024 total and five times that of 2023.
