Saab Focuses on CRE Financing

(Connect is spotlighting the inaugural winners of the Canadian Women in Real Estate Awards. In this article, w profile Christianne Saab, a mortgage-finance specialist with MCommercial in Montreal.)

Christianne Saab has more than 15 years of real estate experience.

In 2014, she chose to focus on commercial real estate financing. Since then, she has been at the helm of Montreal-based mortgage firm MCommercial’s business development and marketing teams, serving as vice-president of operations.

During her tenure, Saab has generated an extensive increase in sales growth, which is expected to continue as she implements new marketing strategies and channels across Canada. She has fostered numerous relations with clients and industry professionals, gaining inspiration for her work ethic, engagement and willingness to go out of her way to accommodate everyone’s needs.

“Hard work and determination drive our business,” said a colleague who nominated Saab for her Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. “She is an inspiration and speaks with passion.”

Mortgage Professional named Saab a 2021 Woman of Influence and 2020 Young Gun of the Year.

Before joining MCommercial, she served as a sales director with Quorum Construction and real broker with Sutton Group in Montreal. Prior to entering the real estate sector, she was a manager with London, Ont.-based automobile dealership 5 Star, and sales manager and salesperson for Marc Douglas men’s leather clothing shops in Montreal.
