Sarah Segal co-founded simplydbs, which provides circular feedback solutions and surveys across all CRE asset classes. She focuses on simplydbs’ business development initiatives and fosters innovation in products that change how demand data is generated at the property level.

Simplydbs provides resident and tenant feedback to owners, managers and investors, offering insights needed to develop spaces that reflect user needs.

Prior to co-founding simplydbs, Segal had senior roles at Informa PLC, RealNet (subsequently Altus) and CBRE.

Segal has held many volunteer and board positions with organizations, including the United Way, JDRF, Canadian Lodging News, United Jewish Appeal, Forest Hill Jewish Center, and NAIOP chapters.

She has been honored as a WLI Champion and NAIOP Developing Leader.

These are some of the reasons why Sarah Segal was among the winners of first ApartmentBuildings.com 100 Awards, which recognize those who demonstrate creativity, skill and success in the multi-family industry.
