Shindico’s Alevizos Performs Key Leadership Roles

(Dino Alevizos is among the 2025 Canadian Next Generation Awards recipients, as selected by Connect CRE Canada. This profile explains how he stands out among his peers. (Read about all of the award winners.)

By Amy Wolff Sorter

Dino Alevizos is a commercial leasing agent with Winnipeg-based Shindico Realty, where he focuses on leasing, sales, tenant representation, landlord representation and business development. Alevizos is a member of the Executive Management team and oversees the Brokerage Team at Shindico.

He is responsible for the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries account (along with a co-worker) and handles all their real estate requirements in the province of Manitoba. He also worked with a co-worker on the strategic rollout of various retail and restaurant clients, including Leopold’s Tavern’s entrance into Manitoba in 2018. Since then, the brand has opened six Winnipeg locations, with more in the pipeline. Additionally, Alevizos mentors new agents.

Outside of his job, Alevizos is a member of the Commercial Division Committee for the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board. He has been honoured as Shindico’s Top Young Sales Performer.

These are just a few reasons we chose Dino Alevizos as one of Connect CRE Canada’s 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
