Sitings Hires Five New Agents

Retail real estate specialist Sitings Realty has expanded its lineup by hiring five new agents.

Sheldon Scott and David Knight have joined the Vancouver-based company as partners, while Arjen Heed and Kayla Morrow have been appointed senior associates and Kiera Liu will serve as an associate. All five newcomers moved to Sitings from Colliers International.

Sitings focuses on retail tenant leading representation and retail project leasing. The company is an affiliate of X Team Retail Advisors. Phoenix-based X-Team comprises about 350 retail real estate affiliate specialists in 44 markets across the U.S. and Canada.

Scott has three decades of commercial real estate experience, specializing in project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. He chaired the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s commercial division from 2013 to 2015.

Knight focuses on retail leasing and investment transactions, while Heed has expertise in property valuation and retail sales and leasing deals. In addition to being a sales and leasing specialist, Morrow provides marketing services and tenant mandates.

Liu will specialize in investment and strata sales.
