Sleep Country Opens First Silk & Snow Store

Sleep Country has opened its first brick-and-mortar Silk & Snow store.

The 1,425-square-foot Silk & Snow shop anchors a new Sleep Country location at 421 Richmond Road in Ottawa. Previously, Silk & Snow items were only sold through Palliser Furniture (EQ3) stores in Canada and the U.S., or online.

“With our immersive new location, we’re finally able to showcase our offering in a physical environment, creating opportunities for customers to interact with the product and find the perfect piece to elevate their sleep and, ultimately, their home,” said Albert Chow, Silk & Snow’s co-founder and CEO, in a news release.

Silk & Snow offers high-quality sleep and lifestyle products created through traceable raw materials and sustainable manufacturing practices. The items include bed sheets, mattresses, bed frames, weighted blankets, bath towels and robes.

The retailer worked with international architecture firm Benoy to complete the project, which fuses Japanese and Scandinavian design elements.
