South Surrey Mixed-Use Development Site Comes onto Market
A prime mixed-use development site has come onto the market in Surrey, B.C., close to the Canada-U.S. border.
Macdonald Commercial is listing the approximately 19.6-acre parcel located in the community of White Rock, about three blocks from the 160th Street and 24th Avenue intersection. The property is in close proximity to Grandview Corners, the Shops at Morgan Crossing and Grandview Central shopping centres, which are anchored by London Drugs, Home Depot and Best Buy and contain multiple local, national and international retailers.
In addition, Costco recently purchased a 33-acre development site approximately three blocks south of listed property. The Costco project is currently proceeding through the rezoning process.
Macdonald Commercial brokers Sean Lee and Chris Midmore are co-ordinating the listing on behalf of the development site’s unidentified seller.
