South Surrey to Get New Costco Outlet

Costco plans to open a new store in Surrey, B.C., according to multiple reports.

Surry city council recently approved the project, The Daily Hive reported.

Plans call for the large-scale store to open at 1891-1947 164th Street in south Surrey. Once complete, it would be the largest Costco Wholesale store in the Vancouver region, according to The Daily Hive.

The main store building is slated to comprise 165,000 square feet, while a 900-stall parking lot and Costco gas station, the company’s third in the region, will also located on the site.
