Starlight Investments has acquired 11 multi-family rental properties in Cambridge, Ont., adding 391 suites to its portfolio.

Cambridge is part of the Greater Toronto Area.

The low-rise buildings, located along Champlain Boulevard, Christopher Drive and Dudhope Avenue, offer one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. The properties provide easy access to schools, retail, and transit, including Highway 401 and key public transit routes.

“This acquisition is aligned with Starlight’s commitment to providing safe and attainable rental homes for individuals and families across Canada,” said Neil Fischler, Toronto-based Starlight’s executive vice-president of Canadian residential asset management.

The rental community is managed by the Signet Group.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
