Thomas Solves Complex Problems in Edmonton Industrial Sector

Chance Thomas, a Colliers local associate vice-president of industrial real estate, works with the Edmonton office’s top-producing team, which includes Rod Connop and Evelyn Stolk. Thomas focuses on client service and market knowledge, helping to solve complex real estate problems with leasing and sales solutions for Edmonton’s industrial sector.In 2024, his team closed 75 transactions; Thomas’ share totaled 560,000 square feet at a deal volume of $17.2 million. Notable highlights included tenant representation for 89,612 square feet at 50th Street Business Park and landlord representation connected with 15,671 square feet at 156th Street Business Park.

Thomas completed Colliers’ prestigious Acceleration Program and is a mentor within the program, where he guides new advisors. He volunteers with Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta in Edmonton and the Edmonton Food Bank. Leveraging his skills as a broker, he represents the Parkland Food Bank and is an active supporter of its cause.

A former competitive hockey player, Thomas is a coach with the Edmonton Junior Oil Kings.
