TransLink Buys Vancouver Industrial Land Parcel for $62.9M

TransLink has purchased a land parcel in Vancouver’s Marpole area for $62.9 million.

Avison Young report that TransLink, the transit authority for the B.C. South Coast, bought a portion of 9150 Bentley Street from Southgate Holdings. The deal marked the largest land trade in the second quarter, according to Avison Young.

The site is located across the street from an existing TransLink operations centre.

The parcel spans about 5.06 acres with the price working out to about $12.4 million per acre.

According to a published report, TransLink plans to use the site for a future
