Triovest Breaks Ground on Cathedraltown Biz Park

Triovest has broken ground on its Cathedraltown Business Park development project in the Greater Toronto Area.

The 46-acre site is situated in Markham, Ont., and boasts prime 404 highway exposure. The three-building project is being developed to achieve Zero Carbon Building Design Certification.

Toronto-based Triovest is offering flexible size configurations ranging from 204,245 square feet to 477,740 sf. The development company acquired the land for $106.5 million in 2021 in partnership with unidentified institutional investors.

The property is located in a core industrial real estate node. Jamie Kitchen, a Triovest vice-president based in Toronto, is managing the project’s leasing.

Triovest is a fully integrated commercial real estate investment and development company that operates across Canada. The firm has two GTA offices, including the Toronto corporate headquarters, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Montreal.
