T&T Supermarket to Open Largest-Ever SoCal Store

T&T Supermarket, Canada’s largest Asian grocery retailer, will open its second store in the Los Angeles suburb of Irvine, Calif., in fall 2026.

The new store will be located at the Crossroads Marketplace Chino Hills.

The store will be T&T’s largest-ever in the SoCal market and the Richmond, B.C.-based chain’s sixth planned location in the United States.

Located at 13017–13021 Peyton Dr., the new T&T location will be the latest Asian grocer to join this suburban community. The 61,000-square-foot store will join a lineup of major retailers, including Costco and PetSmart, within the shopping center.

“We’re so excited to continue our expansion in California,” said Tina Lee, CEO of T&T Supermarkets. “Chino Hills is a wonderful community to live, and we can’t wait to add to the local food scene. We’re transforming two vacant retail spaces, former Best Buy and Bed Bath & Beyond, into one big food destination spanning 61,000 square feet.”

The new store will be part of the Canopy at Great Park shopping centre near the future Highway 33 interchange.
