U.S. CRE Analytics Firm Green Street Expands into Canada

U.S. commercial real estate analytics firm Green Street has entered the Canadian marketplace.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Green Street previously announced that it would expand into Canada, building on operations in the U.S. and Europe.

The Canadian expansion will include research coverage of approximately 15 REITs operating in five property sectors and the rebranding of React News to Green Street News.

“Our presence in Canada is an exciting milestone for Green Street’s global expansion strategy.” said Jeffry Stuek, Green Street’s CEO. “Our added insight, innovation, and capabilities will help us deliver on our mission to empower the global commercial real estate industry and expand our industry leading insight to continue providing value to our growing customer base.”

The company will increase its Canadian coverage to include more sectors and companies while bringing its private market analytics to 10 cities.

Green Street is a leading provider of commercial real estate research, news, data, analytics, and advisory services. The firm delivers exclusive market information, conclusion-driven insights, and predictive analytics through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
