VIA Rail Launches RFQ for Dorval Hub Co-Development Partner

VIA Rail has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) to find a co-development partner for its Dorval hub project in suburban Montreal.

The initiative is part of VIA Rail’s VIAction 2030 strategic plan, which aims to enhance integrated mobility. The project seeks to modernize Dorval station while improving connectivity between VIA Rail and public- transit services in the Greater Montreal Area.

Montreal-based VIA Rail is collaborating with the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM) to ensure the development benefits the region’s transit network.

Interested partners have until May 9 to submit their qualifications.
