A 60-year-old apartment building in Vancouver's West End has conditionally sold for $22 million.

West End Apartment Building Under Contract

A 60-year-old apartment building in Vancouver’s West End is under contract.

The Bayside Towers property is located at 1846 Nelson Street in an area known as Off Denman. The seller, buyer and accepted price were not disclosed. The property was listed for $22 million.

The 10-storey building comprises 20,830 square feet and contains 43 suites. Unit upgrades include new light fixtures, flooring, electrical components and bathroom mirrors. In addition, three suites have been completely renovated.

Mark Goodman and Ian Brackett of Goodman Commercial listed the property and announced the deal.

Goodman Commercial operates primarily in the Metro Vancouver region and specializes in multi-family real estate brokerage.
