Yusyp Supports 1,000 Skyline Employees Across Canada

As Skyline’s director of human resources, Sarah Yusyp leads all human resources operations for Skyline’s $9-billion-plus real estate and renewable infrastructure enterprise.
She supports the company’s 1,000 employees across Canada and supports and retains top talent through company-wide standards and initiatives. Yusyp joined Skyline in 2015 as an HR administrator and was promoted to her current position in 2022. As Skyline’s director of human resources, Sarah Yusyp leads all human resources operations for Skyline’s $9-billion-plus real estate and renewable infrastructure enterprise. She supports the company’s 1,000 employees across Canada and supports and retains top talent through company-wide standards and initiatives. Yusyp joined Skyline in 2015 as an HR administrator and was promoted to her current position in 2022.
During her tenure, Yusyp has led initiatives including a more inclusive benefits plan, increased vacation time and RRSP contributions, improved employee recognition programs, and a strategic DEI policy review in partnership with an external consultant. During COVID, she co-launched Skyline’s Leadership Development Program and helped oversee the rollout of a new learning management system to the entire employee base. She is also a co-creator of a recently launched initiative, ”The Skyline Living Way” (SLW).
Yusyp is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and provided HR consulting for the Shelldale Family Gateway.
She has been honoured with the Rising Star of the Year award at the Canadian HR Awards.
