Canada’s commercial real estate market faced many challenges in 2023, due to rising interest rates, high office vacancy and hybrid work patters. However, leasing and sales brokers still scored significant deal successes. We are preparing to spotlight the year’s leading dealmakers in Connect CRE’s inaugural Canadian Top Broker Awards. Recipients will make history as first-time winners, and we welcome your participation in nominating these star performers.
Based on your nomination, we will recognize leading individual brokers or teams of brokers, including brokers who specialize in property sales and brokers who specialize in leasing. We will select national winners and recipients from the five regions that we cover: Pacific Canada, Alberta and the Prairies, Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes.
We will consider the deals completed by the brokers in 2023, based on total square footage for lease deals or the total dollar volume of investment sales transactions.
