Parke Chapman serves as Vice President of Connect Creative's East Coast team, where he helps lead marketing and communications efforts for clients based in New York and the greater Tri-State area.

With 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, Parke began his career as a business journalist in 2000 before transitioning to a communications consultant in 2008. He has extensive experience in financial and investment domains, including private equity RE funds, REITs, real estate debt securities (CMBS), restructurings, and distressed situations.

Before joining Connect Creative in June 2024, Parke developed and executed strategic CRE communications plans on behalf of several leading NYC-based communications firms. As an award-winning financial journalist, he reported and edited influential CRE trade publications, including National Real Estate Investor (now Wealth Management Real Estate) and newspaper Real Estate Weekly.

Parke holds an M.S. degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
