Questions About Classroom Courses

  • After I finish a lesson video within a course, what do I do next?

    Once you’ve finished a course video, you will then take a quiz. When the quiz is completed, you will be directed to the next lesson section video and this will continue until all lessons are completed. Once all lessons and quizzes are completed, you will be prompted to take the final exam.

  • Do I need to get all answers correct on the final exam in order to pass the course?

    You will need to get at least 70% on the final exam in order to pass the course. If you do not receive 70% or higher, you will be able to take the exam one additional time in order to try to pass the course.

  • Once I have completed a course, how do I enter in my CE hours with the state?

    To submit coursework or training for CE credit, you will need the certificate number, registration date, completion date, course hours, and the name of the course title. All of this information will be included in your certificate.

  • I have completed my course successfully. Now what?

    Upon completion, you will receive a PDF of your course completion certificate. Please keep this certificate for your records as it is proof that you have successfully completed the course.

  • Help! I lost my course completion certificate!

    You can log into the My Account page as your certificate is stored there. If you are unable to find your certificate, please contact [email protected].

  • I want to cancel my course/receive a refund. How do I do that?

    Connect Classroom does not offer course cancellations and has a strict no-refund policy.

  • I’m not a broker or salesperson but I want to take the course. Is this possible?

    Connect Classroom is dedicated to educating everyone on the inner workings of the Commercial Real Estate industry. We encourage you to take classes for a better understanding of commercial real estate.

  • Can I skip through lesson videos?

    You cannot skip through a video. You can pause a video, but you can’t fast forward it. When you are taking the lesson, you cannot stop mid-way through. If you leave the lesson, you will have to restart the video. This is to ensure that you get the most out of your online education.

  • What are your office hours?

    We are open from 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.

  • How do I know that my registration went through?

    Within minutes of registering for your course, you should receive a confirmation email that contains your receipt as well as a link to take to your course. Please make sure to check your junk mail before contacting if you are unable to find it within your inbox.

  • How do I sign up for online classes?

    To register successfully, you will need to have both your Broker License and Driver’s License numbers available. Your Broker License number will be needed at check out and can be edited on the My Account page. These numbers will be stored securely and will be used to confirm your identity and your Broker License number will be used on your Course Completion Certificate.

  • What do you need in order to register?
