For more than 25 years, Josh Orenstein, VP of News & Media, has been building, running, and marketing premier information products.

Originally a writer and editor, Josh jumped into the publishing side and the world of digital media to help internet pioneer Prodigy convince newspapers to put their content online and then guide Sports Illustrated for Kids’ nascent digital strategy and partnerships.

During his 12 years at Time Warner’s Time Inc., Josh led consumer marketing for Money and Mutual Funds Magazine, as well as consumer-oriented business development for Fortune, Money, and Business 2.0.

At The Associated Press, Josh served as the Global Director of Business & Intelligence Products, developing new products and markets for AP’s business and financial content and AP’s digital text archive.

During his time at American Lawyer Media, Josh headed up the Legal Intelligence division, providing lawyers and law firms with the information and analysis solutions they needed to support decision making in the practice of law and the business of law.

At Corporate Executive Board (now part of Gartner), Josh led research around the challenges faced by Corporate Communications executives and assisted organizations in applying the insights.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
