Leyad Acquires 263,430-SF Winnipeg Industrial Building

Leyad is not wasting any time expanding its Manitoba footprint.

The Montreal-based development and investment company announced that it has acquired a 263,430-square-foot industrial building in Winnipeg. The seller was not identified.

The deal comes after Leyad expanded into Manitoba in February through the acquisition of the CDI College campus in downtown Winnipeg. The newly acquired building sits on 9.27 acres of land at 1450 Mountain Avenue within the Inkster Industrial Park.

“This investment underscores our commitment to expanding our footprint and strengthening our presence in key markets,” said Henry Zaviyev, Leyad’s president. “Winnipeg’s strategic location and vibrant industrial landscape make it an ideal choice for our continued growth and success.”

Leyad specializes in the design, construction, and management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
