Breanne Hay is a member of CBRE’s national investment team in Atlantic Canada, advising clients on the acquisition of commercial and investment properties.

Hay was awarded the CBRE Emerging Leader in 2017. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Association and a co-chair of CREW’s Halifax chapter. She currently serves as CREW Nova Scotia’s president and displays a strong passion for bringing together women in the industry and expanding the network. In addition, she is a member of the CBRE Women’s Network.

Since joining CBRE in 2015, she has specialized in retail real estate. She has advised regional, national and international clients on site selection, land acquisition and investment sales transactions.

Her significant assignments have included negotiating a 281,000-square-foot retail lease within Slate’s Atlantic Canada office portfolio; the sale of a 100,000-sf UHaul property in Halifax’s Bayers Lake business park; the sale of a 9,000-sf Shoppers Drug Mart store and a 13,000-sf A&W lease.
