Eagle Completes 278-Unit Apartment Building in Edmonton
Construction has finished on an Eagle Builders 278-unit apartment building in Edmonton.
Eagle recently delivered the seven-storey Century Gardens building at an estimated cost of $49.3 million, according to the Alberta government’s major projects website.
The project is located at 2815 109A Street N.W., near the Century Park light-rapid-transit station. Blackfalds, Alta.-based Eagle continued a growing industry trend that has seen multi-family investors and developers participate in transit-oriented development projects coveted by lenders and government rental-housing funding bodies.
The Century Gardens project adds to a list of recent Edmonton-area apartment deliveries. Westrich Pacific recently completed the 159-unit West Garneau project and Maclab opened the 20-storey Laurent student rental-housing tower.
