Has overseen $300 million in net multifamily acquisitions

Founder and Leader of CREW M’s Succession Committee

Evguenia Kapchii joined Société immobilière Bélanger in 2020 and is currently the company’s Director of Acquisitions, serving as the sole facilitator for its Montreal-based multifamily acquisitions. Despite the challenges of being the sole acquisitions lead in the city, she has driven strategic growth, resulting in over $300 million in net acquisitions so far, positioning Société immobilière Bélanger as a key player in Quebec.

Over the years, Kapchii has cultivated an unparalleled network of industry relationships, earning the trust of brokers, partners and stakeholders across the sector. Her reputation for outstanding public relations reflects a commitment to collaboration, transparency and advancing the role of women in real estate.

A long-standing volunteer with CREW Montreal, Kapchii was recently appointed Communications Director. She founded and leads the Succession Committee at CREW M, and has visited most Quebec-based universities to hold seminars for students.

She has also participated in multiple Montreal real estate forums as a panelist and moderator, sharing her expertise on multifamily real estate, market trends and best practices. These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Evguenia Kapchii with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The Women in Real Estate Awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
