Mor Levy-Vilner is Avison Young’s Director, Valuation & Advisory Services for Ontario. With more than a decade of experience in valuation and advisory, anchored by a strong foundation in finance and development, Levy has become a trusted voice in land and litigation valuation across Ontario.

Levy has used her strong financial background to provide nuanced valuation insights that align with the strategic and economic realities faced by land developers, enhancing decision-making for clients across Ontario.

Her valuation expertise spans a broad range of asset classes, with a focus on land, redevelopment, and expropriation. Whether advising on large-scale redevelopment sites, providing expert testimony in litigation, or mentoring the next generation of appraisers, Levy consistently demonstrates leadership that elevates both people and practice.

Levy helped establish the first all-female valuation team focused on litigation support. She contributes to the visibility and advancement of women in commercial real estate through leadership, collaboration and mentorship. She also mentors emerging professionals and recent graduates in the field.

She has played a prominent role in integrating valuation expertise with legal, planning, and development professionals to support complex expropriation and dispute resolution cases. Additionally, Levy has helped develop best practices and jurisdictionally sound methodologies for land valuation under the Ontario Expropriations Act, ensuring fairness and transparency in matters of public interest.
