As a Royal LePage Commercial Kingston broker, Stacey MacDonald strengthens local, provincial and national relationships through networking. She has robust interactions with many of the national brokerages as a referral partner, backed by an 18-year track record.

MacDonald was the President of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association (KAREA). During her tenure, she led the membership through key industry changes, including TRESA Phase 1 and the introduction of the new OWRP Program, offered by OREA in the province of Ontario. She served on the organization’s board for five years and was a member of its Homes for Heroes committee.

She is a facilitator with the Ontario Real Estate Educational program at Humber College for the commercial programs, and she has sat on numerous sessions with RECO as a subject matter expert for the commercial courses and exams.

She volunteers for numerous local organizations and is a monthly donor to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Stacey MacDonald with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The Women in Real Estate Awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
